EXPORT MANAGER

As an Export Manager at Sethus Exports India Pvt, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the export operations of the company, ensuring that goods and services are efficiently sold and transported to international markets. Your responsibilities will encompass managing logistics, legal compliance, documentation, and building relationships to guarantee the successful delivery of products to foreign customers. Prior experience in FMCG is mandatory for this role. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the entire export process, starting from order processing to shipment and customer delivery. You will collaborate with various departments such as sales, production, and logistics to streamline export operations. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying potential export markets through market research, analyzing trends, and devising strategies to enhance the company's presence in international markets. Compliance with international trade laws and regulations will be a critical aspect of your role. This will involve ensuring adherence to customs regulations, export laws, and international standards, as well as managing proper documentation for customs clearance and product compliance with safety regulations in destination countries. You will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, negotiating terms and prices with overseas customers and distributors. In terms of logistics and shipping, you will coordinate shipping schedules, delivery timelines, and liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs brokers to arrange transportation and address any issues during transit. Furthermore, you will provide sales support, generate reports, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the export operations.
