Candidates should have done the Masters in International Business.

Areas of Expertise / Basic Requirements

(a) International trade operations, specializing in Customs clearance, Import Export management, Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) compliance, and logistics coordination.

(b) Adept at ensuring smooth movement of goods across cross country borders while maintaining compliance with DGFT , CBIC, FEMA, and other regulatory frameworks.

(c) Proven track record in strategic sourcing of freight forwarders, CHA, service providers, documentation, vendor management, and cost optimization.

• Preparation & filing of Bill of Entry, IEC documentation, and customs valuation.
• Coordination with CHA, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
• Handling advance authorizations, EPCG, and bonded warehouse operations.
• Expertise in HS code classification, duty structure, and anti-dumping regulations.

• End-to-end documentation including Shipping Bill, LC negotiation, and export incentives.
• Knowledge of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP), insurance, and freight handling.
• Management of export proceeds realization and documentation under FEMA.
• Familiarity with online DGFT portal for MEIS/SEIS and RoDTEP/ROSCTL benefits.

• Well-versed in Customs Act, 1962, and FTP 20232028 provisions.
• Preparation and audit of statutory documents and maintenance of EXIM records.
• Interaction with DRI, DGFT, and Port authorities for regulatory clearances.
• Experience in handling EPCG License, Advance License, LUT, and EODC closure.

• Vendor development for international sourcing and freight negotiation.
• Coordination for sea, air, and inland transport; tracking and delivery management.
• Ensuring cost-effective logistics operations through freight consolidation.

• Proficient in ICEGATE, DGFT portal, AD Bank documentation, and SAP/Tally ERP.
• Preparation of commercial invoices, packing lists, COO, and Form A.
• Digital filing, data validation, and MIS reporting for management.
