Export Executive

As an Export Executive, you will be responsible for managing international sales and export operations. This includes coordinating with clients, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery of goods. Your role will involve preparing export documentation, handling customer communication, and ensuring adherence to international trade laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end export processes including order processing, documentation, logistics, and shipping. - Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Customs House Agents), and shipping lines for timely dispatch. - Prepare and manage export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, certificates of origin, etc. - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and country-specific requirements. - Track shipments and communicate updates to customers. - Liaise with production, inventory, and warehouse teams to ensure product readiness and timely shipments. - Support in developing new export markets and customer relationships. - Monitor and report on export sales performance and logistics efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in international sales and export operations. - Strong knowledge of export documentation and international trade regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
