Export Coordinator

About Us:

Intime Fire is a leading manufacturer of high-quality fire extinguishers and fire safety systems, based in Mumbai. With a strong reputation for reliability and innovation, we are expanding into new international markets and are seeking a driven and dynamic Export Assistant to support our export sales operations and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential international buyers, distributors, and markets for our fire safety products.
• Assist in developing and executing export strategies to drive international sales growth.
• Maintain regular communication with potential and existing overseas clients via email, phone, and online platforms.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to exports (invoices, shipping documents, compliance forms, etc.).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics teams to ensure smooth export operations.
• Help with international vendor registrations and tender submissions.
• Attend international trade shows, exhibitions (virtually or physically, if required), and assist in marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on international regulations and certifications for fire safety equipment.
• Maintain and update the CRM or export sales database.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in export/import, international sales, or business development (preferably in the fire safety, industrial equipment, or engineering sector).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong research, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations, documentation, and INCOTERMS.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in identifying leads on B2B platforms (like Alibaba, IndiaMART, Global Sources, etc.).
• Knowledge of export procedures, government incentives, and shipping documentation.
• Prior experience in dealing with government or industrial buyers overseas.

Pay: ₹14,288.36 - ₹35,014.89 per month
