Engage and mobilize community members, leaders, and frontline workers for a better outcome of the program. Assist in the implementation of assessments and surveys as required. Preparation of monthly action plan and progress report. Support in liaison with relevant government department officials. Undertake regular home visits. Be responsible for reporting & documentation for all activities. Participate in learning and review meetings. Develop documents, case studies and share the same with the field coordinator.
