The IFRC is part of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement (Movement), together with its member National Societies and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). The work of IFRC is guided by the following fundamental principles: humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary service, unity, and universality. The IFRC is led by its Secretary General, and has its Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. About The Role These are new roles created as part of the transformation of the global finance team, aligning financial support to strategic business units. Background (EpiC Project) Meeting Targets and Achieving Epidemic Control (EpiC) is a global project funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) that provides strategic technical assistance and direct service delivery to achieve HIV epidemic control among at-risk populations and strengthen global health security. In the PEPFAR supported geography of Maharashtra, EpiC is to: Accelerate early HIV case finding among hidden and unreached at-risk populations in community and facility settings to meet the 1st 95 goal. Job Summary EpiC is seeking applications from qualified and experienced candidates to fill a new position of State Manager for EpiC India for Maharashtra. The incumbent is to be based at the Maharashtra State AIDS Control Society (MSACS) office at Mumbai and will provide strategic and technical leadership and direction to the project team to steer efficient, timely and effective project implementation in PEPFAR districts of Maharashtra. S/he will work closely with the Senior Technical Advisor - HIV and EpiC India Project Director in implementation of the EpiC workplan in close coordination with sub-grantee partners. In the PEPFAR supported geography of Maharashtra, EpiC is to: Accelerate early HIV case finding among hidden and unreached at-risk populations in community and facility settings to meet the 1st 95 goals. Support lifesaving care and treatment linkages through early linkage and retention on treatment, viral suppression to meet the 2nd and 3rd 95 goals. Job Summary FHI 360 is seeking applications from qualified and experienced candidates to fill a new position of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager for EpiC India. The incumbent is to be based at the FHI 360 Country Office in New Delhi and will be responsible for all strategic information (SI) responsibilities related to the project, including all monitoring, evaluation, analytics, reporting and documentation of performance and results.
