Job Description

Responsibilities: Building and Maintaining Partner Relationships: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with existing partners, as well as identifying and recruiting new ones to expand the channel network. Strategic Planning and Execution: Developing and implementing channel strategies that align with the company's overall business goals, focusing on revenue growth, market penetration, and competitive advantage. Partner Enablement: Providing partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively market and sell the company's products or services. Performance Management: Monitoring partner performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing action plans to optimize channel effectiveness. Revenue Generation: Driving sales growth through effective partner engagement and support, ensuring partners meet sales targets. Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) and maintaining regular communication with partners to ensure alignment and success. Market Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with partners, build rapport, and negotiate effectively. Sales and Business Development Experience: A proven track record of driving sales and building strong business relationships. Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies. Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and execute channel strategies that align with the company's overall business goals. Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise within the channel. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry and the specific products or services being offered. Additional Considerations: Travel: The role may require travel to meet with partners and attend industry events. Experience with CRM and other sales tools: Experience with CRM systems and other tools used for managing partner relationships and tracking performance.
