Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage export/import documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
  • Ensure compliance with all EXIM and customs regulations.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
  • Oversee the customs clearance process for both imports and exports.
  • Handle documentation for EPCG, Advance Authorization, Duty Drawback, and other trade-related schemes.
  • Maintain well-organized and detailed records for audits and internal reviews.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to streamline communication and workflow.
  • Address queries, track shipments, and proactively manage any delays.
  • Assist in executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Design promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
  • Provide administrative support using MS Office and Tally.
  • Manage data entry, reporting, and documentation archiving.
  • Support banking processes, including documentation for payments, invoices, and clearances.
