Job Description

Role Overview: As an Exhibition Sales and Team Leader, you play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences. Your multifaceted expertise combines strong sales skills, effective team management, and strategic event planning to achieve and exceed revenue targets for exhibition and booth designing. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for exhibition and booth designing. - Identify, approach, and secure new exhibitors, sponsors, and partners through various channels. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Skillfully negotiate contracts and customized packages to ensure profitability and client satisfaction. - Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship. - Set clear individual and team sales goals, track performance against targets, and provide constructive feedback. - Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals. - Address and resolve conflicts or performance issues within the team. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to inform sales strategies. - Work closely with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to align on event positioning, promotions, and logistics. - Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business plans for senior management. - Oversee on-site sales activities during events, ensuring a smooth experience for exhibitors and sponsors. Qualification Required: - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the events and exhibitions industry. - Strong leadership and people management skills, including delegation, coaching, and performance management. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building relationships, negotiating deals, and presenting effectively. - Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, analyze data, and make informed, data-driven decisions. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Customer-centric mindset focused on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. - Adaptability and resilience to pivot and adapt to new challenges and market disruptions. - Experience with creating and managing budgets, financial forecasting, and analyzing financial data.,
