Role Overview: As an Exhibition Sales and Team Leader, you play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences. You combine strong sales expertise with effective team management and strategic event planning to achieve and exceed revenue targets for exhibition and booth designing. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for exhibitions and booth designing. - Identify, approach, and secure new exhibitors, sponsors, and partners through various channels. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Skillfully negotiate contracts and customized packages to ensure profitability and client satisfaction. - Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship. - Set clear individual and team sales goals, track performance, and provide constructive feedback. - Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals. - Address and resolve conflicts or performance issues within the team. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts. - Work closely with internal teams to align on event positioning, promotions, and logistics. - Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business plans for senior management. - Oversee on-site sales activities during events to ensure a smooth experience for exhibitors and sponsors. Qualification Required: - A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the events and exhibitions industry. - Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building relationships and negotiating deals. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines. - Experience with financial forecasting and analyzing financial data. - Ability to pivot and adapt to new challenges and market disruptions.,
