About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for small appliances in the assigned territory.
Manage and grow relationships with retail partners, dealers, and distributors.
Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising, stock levels, and product display standards.
Ensure proper execution of promotional activities and schemes at retail counters.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
Provide product training and support to retailer staff for better customer engagement.

Requirements

4 to 7 years of retail/channel sales experience in small appliances or consumer durable industry.
Strong understanding of distributor dealer networks.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple retail accounts.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
