Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Head to oversee and manage the end-to-end project execution lifecycle for modular kitchen installations. This role requires strong coordination skills and an ability to manage diverse stakeholders including clients, distributors, production, logistics, and on-site teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations from client onboarding to final project handover while upholding quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the single point of contact for clients during the execution phase. Conduct design drawing reviews, BOQ verification, and explain project scope to clients and distributors. Perform site assessments, identify potential challenges, and suggest site-specific solutions. Coordinate seamlessly with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Installation teams to ensure timely execution. Verify materials received on-site against BOQ/order and maintain accurate inward records. Lead and supervise on-site installation teams to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Provide daily progress updates to clients and distributors; maintain internal project MIS. Address client concerns by coordinating with relevant internal departments for prompt resolution. Ensure strict quality control and adherence to design specifications throughout the installation process. Manage project closure activities including documentation, client handover, and financial submission. Collect customer feedback and testimonials post-project completion. Plan and delegate tasks to the project team, mentor junior project executives, and foster a collaborative work environment. Desired Professional Profile: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Hands-on experience with on-site work and willingness to travel to project locations Basic understanding of project management methodologies (scheduling, sequencing, resource planning) Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team management abilities Prior experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, storage systems, or interior fit-out projects is highly preferred
