Job Description

Brand Kutchina is seeking an Assistant Area Sales Manager who will play a key role in driving the brands growth and success. We are looking for Differentiated Talent individuals whose interests, skills, and competencies align with our vision of progress.

Role & Responsibilities

Manage a large dealer network for Big Appliances (Chimneys, Hobs, and other Appliances).
Assess local market conditions and provide actionable feedback on market demand.
Identify and develop new market segments.
Ensure credit control and manage receivables efficiently.
Drive business growth by developing and strengthening relationships with existing dealers to enhance market penetration and generate revenue.
Manage multiple distributors and demonstrate leadership potential for future growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the home appliances or consumer durable industry.
Strong sales track record in diverse markets with the ability to manage multiple channel partners.
Well-groomed, professionally presentable, and confident.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasing personality.
