Online Technical support for Topcoat at RN site.
Support in achieving Consumption per car as per agreed values.
Support to achieve sales volume & value targets for the month
Line trials, testing & continuous improvement online.

Main Tasks:

Supporting efficient planning of products and services.
Tracking of all measurables related to consumption, initiating and implementing actions to control, as required.
Coordination between internal agencies as well as customers for successful development & implementation of technologies.
Regular updates/ information on customer and competition
Provide proactive technical support, for improvement and technical issues
Develop lasting customer relationships to identify business trends in and beyond the customer scope or respective portfolio.
Follow safe work practices as per BASF or customer norms, whichever is stringent.
Track & maintain color harmony to Master & Add on parts.
Recommend & support block closure activities.
Provide timely reports to customers online issues.
Provide monthly report for internal review & for discussion with customers
Coordinate between Lab & customer to resolve Field complaints, if any.

Job Requirements:

Professional Qualification (Degree / PG Diploma) in Paint Technology.
Working Experience: 4 ~ 6 years
Technical & Professional Knowledge: Able to handle customer independently, product knowledge, knowledge of application techniques, communication skills
