- Online Technical support for Topcoat at RN site.
- Support in achieving Consumption per car as per agreed values.
- Support to achieve sales volume & value targets for the month
- Line trials, testing & continuous improvement online.
Main Tasks:
- Supporting efficient planning of products and services.
- Tracking of all measurables related to consumption, initiating and implementing actions to control, as required.
- Coordination between internal agencies as well as customers for successful development & implementation of technologies.
- Regular updates/ information on customer and competition
- Provide proactive technical support, for improvement and technical issues
- Develop lasting customer relationships to identify business trends in and beyond the customer scope or respective portfolio.
- Follow safe work practices as per BASF or customer norms, whichever is stringent.
- Track & maintain color harmony to Master & Add on parts.
- Recommend & support block closure activities.
- Provide timely reports to customers online issues.
- Provide monthly report for internal review & for discussion with customers
- Coordinate between Lab & customer to resolve Field complaints, if any.
Job Requirements:
- Professional Qualification (Degree / PG Diploma) in Paint Technology.
- Working Experience: 4 6 years
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Able to handle customer independently, product knowledge, knowledge of application techniques, communication skills
