QUALIFICATIONS: GRADUATE , MBA / PGDBM Marketing specialization
EXPERIENCE RANGE: 4 to 7 years of similar experience in Space Selling Marketing.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Executive SOH - (Marketing Department)
1. Achieve budgeted Signage & promotion income and explore avenues to increase the same.
2. Preparing budget for signage & promotion income by ensuring higher occupancy of assets.
3. Keeping track of potential brands who are spending money on Advertising, OOH, Promotion and generating leads.
4. Explore opportunities to promote new product/service launches.
5. Auditing the signage and promotion term duration and timely removal/renew of it.
6. Networking with internal retailers, external brands, Corporate for showcasing their brand.
7. Use data analytics to present the success stories of brands who have collaborated so far.
8. Proactive planning of income generation for every quarter.
KEY SKILLS: The candidate should possess good knowledge on marketing, Space Selling, branding, advertising, market research, sales and commercial management.
