Job Description

We are looking for Exec/ SE- PMS for a Big 3 client in GGN. The exp range required is 5-7 years.

KRA's

Support with performance reviews that drives high performance culture
Prepare and implement the mid-year and annual PD calendars, prepare base data files, eligibility data, and cycle specific inputs.
Maintain and manage PD related data, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to review timelines.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor PD metrics and progress tracking.
Address and resolve employee queries and concerns related to PD processes with professionalism and sensitivity.
Support with annual compensation benchmarking exercise including coordination with the vendor, analyzing JDs, identifying key roles, mapping market data etc
Identify and deploy process automation in partnership with other stakeholders wherever possible.
Collate monthly payroll inputs in collaboration with internal teams.
Support in driving mentor-mentee program and training
