Job Description

What Are We Looking For

This role is pivotal in elevating Sula’s events and experiences— from wine and art exhibitions to iconic events like SulaFest. You’ll be responsible for supporting end-to-end trade marketing, event coordination and collaborating with dynamic internal teams and external partners to bring the Sula experience to life.


The role includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Event Coordination:

    Support planning and execution of Sula-owned/partner events, including logistics, vendors, documentation, and budgets.

  • Pre & Post Event Activities:

    Conduct research, prepare reports, collect feedback, and analyze event outcomes for improvements.

  • Trade Marketing:

    Assist in implementing trade marketing strategies, coordinate with sales teams on promotions and trade events, and track effectiveness.

  • Reporting:

    Prepare monthly trade marketing reports with KPIs, sales trends, and actionable recommendations for management.


MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
  • Proficiency in AI tools and adaptability to emerging digital platforms and technologies.
