Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour and Tasting position at Sula Vineyards, located in Nashik. The role involves guiding visitors through vineyard tours, conducting tastings, providing detailed information about our wines, and ensuring a memorable and educational experience for guests. Additional responsibilities include organizing events, maintaining the tasting room, and supporting the sales and marketing teams by promoting our wine products.

Qualifications

• WEST Level 2 certification will be preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge and interest in wines and the wine industry
• Customer service experience and ability to engage with diverse groups of people
• Organizational skills Attention to detail and reliability
• Experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality will be a plus
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
