Calendar & Schedule Management:

  • Organize and maintain executive calendars; schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Anticipate and prepare for upcoming commitments, ensuring optimal time management.

  • Travel Arrangements:

  • Coordinate all aspects of travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary arrangements and documentation are in order.

Meeting Coordination:

  • Schedule, organize, and prepare for meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Facilitate conference calls, webinars, and in-person meetings.

Project Assistance:

  • Provide support on special projects, including research, compiling data, and creating reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project initiatives as needed.

Document & File Management:

  • Organize, maintain, and retrieve digital and physical files, ensuring efficient record-keeping.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems.
