Facilitate conference calls, webinars, and in-person meetings. Project Assistance: Provide support on special projects, including research, compiling data, and creating reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project initiatives as needed. Document & File Management: Organize, maintain, and retrieve digital and physical files, ensuring efficient record-keeping. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the companys footprint in retail, hospital, and institutional segments. • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and product lines to increase revenue streams. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, suppliers, manufacturers, and channel partners. • Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. • Negotiate and finalise contracts with clients, vendors, and strategic partners. • Work closely with the sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of new business initiatives. • Lead presentations, proposals, and tenders for prospective clients. • Monitor business performance against set targets and take corrective actions when required. • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the brand. • Ensure compliance with all pharma regulatory requirements and company policies.
