Self-contained company with substantial resources in terms of skilled manpower, Hardware, Software, Equipment, Real Estate Holdings and Established Clientele.

·     Overall understanding of all LiDAR processes including Pre-processing, Project creation, LiDAR data Classification, DTM, DSM, Orthophoto, Contour map, 3D City modelling, BIM etc.

·     Understanding LiDAR project specification, assisting Managers to derive appropriate methodology and Quality assurance plan.

·     Conducting project training and imparting knowledge to project team.

·     Motivating project team to achieve productivity with quality.

·     Assisting in project planning and Work allocation to project team.

·     Daily monitoring of project progress and reporting to Project Manager.

·     Ensuring adherence of Technical Instruction and specifications in production process.

·     Performing Quality Checks and providing necessary feedback to production team.

·     Attending technical clarifications requested by production team.

·     To ensure achieving planned daily target by the team members.

·    Performing quality assurance activities and generating quality assurance report and its submission to project Manager.

·     Preparation of deliverables and its submission.

·     Ensuring delivery of project on time with required quality to Client.

·    Execution of pilot work for new clients to demonstrate technical capabilities and providing competitive pricing.

. Process improvements and achieving high level of productivity at low cost.
