• Visit assigned schools regularly and build rapport with principals, teachers, and academic coordinators.
• Introduce RAYS Education programs and explore

• Maintain a healthy pipeline of engaged schools in the assigned territory.
  

• Support execution of

  school tie-ups

  for seminars, talent tests, foundation programs, and integrated offerings.
• Coordinate logistics for school-based activities in collaboration with academic and centre teams.
• Ensure smooth execution and follow-ups post events.
  

• Facilitate school seminars, counselling sessions, and awareness programs.
• Act as a point of contact between schools and RAYS centres for student queries and registrations.
• Support conversion of interested students into counselling and admissions funnels.
  

• Share daily and weekly reports on school visits, discussions, and outcomes.
• Update CRM / tracking sheets with school details, contacts, and activity status.
• Coordinate closely with Centre Heads, inside sales, and marketing teams.
  

• Represent RAYS Education professionally at all school interactions.
• Ensure correct communication of program details, timelines, and academic outcomes.
• Uphold brand values and ethical engagement practices.
  

• 
  Graduate in any discipline (Education / Management preferred)
• .0–3 years of experience in school outreach, field sales, or education-related roles
• .Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to travel may be considered

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• .Comfortable with

• .Fluency in Malayalam; working knowledge of English
