Job Title: Sales Executive – B2B Sales (Pesticides Industry)

Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Karam Pura, Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in B2B sales within the pesticides or agrochemicals industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with distributors, agri-input dealers, large farms, and institutional buyers. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, market penetration, and brand visibility for our pesticide products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets in assigned territories.
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities with distributors, agro-dealers, cooperatives, large farms, and agri-retail chains.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients to promote product benefits.
  • Provide market feedback on pricing, competition, and customer requirements to the product and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with field agronomists, technical staff, and support teams to address client queries and after-sales support.
  • Ensure timely order processing, collections, and account management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions to enhance market presence.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agri-Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 2–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the pesticides or agrochemicals industry.
  • Strong knowledge of crop protection products, pest management, and agricultural practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and regions.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms for reporting and client management.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
