Role Overview: The Corporate Sales professional will be responsible for driving room nights, banquet, and event sales through corporate clients, travel partners, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) segments. The role requires proactive business development, relationship management, and achieving revenue targets for the hotel. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and manage corporate accounts to generate room bookings, banquets, and events. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & revenue targets as defined by management. Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and presentations to strengthen relationships. Maintain strong knowledge of competitor hotels, pricing, and market trends. Negotiate rates, contracts, and long-term tie-ups with corporates & travel partners. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent guest service delivery for corporate clients. Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, trade fairs, and networking events. Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and pipeline reports in the CRM system. Provide timely reports and updates to the Sales Manager / Director of Sales. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships. Target-driven with proven sales track record in hospitality/related industries. Knowledge of local market, corporate segment, and MICE business. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS/CRM systems (preferred). Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. 1–5 years of experience in corporate/banquet/MICE sales (hospitality experience preferred). Freshers with excellent communication & passion for sales may also be considered (for entry-level). Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
