Job Description

*Candidates with automobile experience will have an added advantage. We prefer local candidates from Coimbatore location*

• Achieve monthly sales targets by generating, categorizing, and converting leads through planned visits, follow-ups, and marketing activities.
• Promote Value Added Services (Accessories, Insurance, Finance, Extended Warranty) as per set targets.
• Ensure timely payment follow-up, quality test drives, and excellent delivery experience to enhance customer satisfaction and SSI scores.
• Continuously update product knowledge, participate in Hyundai training programs, and maintain showroom standards (Housekeeping, 5S, Go Green).
• Build strong customer relationships through education, feedback visits, and effective communication.
