Job Description

1. BASIC PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION 1.1 Deliver exceptional customer support, ensuring high satisfaction levels that promote customer retention and enhance Chandra's brand image. 1.2 Ensure damage-free car fittings and manage the workshop counter, promptly issuing requested materials. 1. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI) 2.1 Unload stocks 2.2 No of cars vs Fittings 2.3 Stock Maintenance 2. JOB DESCRIPTION 2.1 Handle new and service car accessories fittings carefully, ensuring no damage or scratches. 2.2 Supervise unloading of ordered stock, verifying and organizing it in the designated area. 2.3 Maintain the accessory room with high standards of cleanliness and organization. 2.4 Ensure adherence to housekeeping standards, 5S benchmarks, and Go Green initiatives in the department. 3. ROLE-SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION 3.1 Customer- centric approach 3.2 Fast and efficient service 3.3 Zero revisits Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
