Finance Executive

Finance – 50% 3.1Regularly monitor and manage bank limits, ensuring timely repayments for Term Loans (TL) and smooth coordination with banks. 3.2Oversee the opening of new current accounts, hire purchase agreements, net banking, and swiping machines across all units. 3.3Track and maintain agreements, lease deed renewals, and related maintenance checklists. 3.4Manage bank correspondence for management, including Forex transfers, and ensure compliance with CRISIL, LEI, and IEC requirements. Insurance – 40% 3.5Ensure timely renewals and coverage for all types of insurance (Fire, Machinery, Equipment, Transit, Laptops, Traffic Accidents, Medical, LOP, and other Miscellaneous coverage) for all group units and the Management Team. 3.6Maintain and update a clear MIS for all insurance policies across the organization. 3.7Submit transit declarations on time and ensure accurate documentation. 3.8 Provide timely intimations and process claims as required. 3.9Ensure that policy copies are distributed to the concerned units on time. General – 10% 3.10Regularly report work progress to the Manager of Finance, ensuring accuracy and validity, and actively participate in departmental and cross-functional meetings to address and resolve day-to-day issues with HOD support. 3.11Focus on personal development through training, on-the-job learning, and feedback from the HOD, while maintaining accurate and organized records. 3.12Adhere to housekeeping standards, 5S benchmarks, and Go Green initiatives, with additional responsibilities to be assigned after six months.
