Finance Executive

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team. This role involves hands-on responsibility across reconciliation, GST, TDS, salary and vendor payouts, and coordination with internal teams.

On any day you might:

• Reconcile Form 26AS with internal TDS data and follow up with teams for resolution of mismatches

• Manage TDS working and payment processing for Blink and its affiliated entities

• Book and reconcile sales for Blink s sister concerns

• Record and book purchases and expenses for vendors

• Support registration on online portals and assist internal teams when required

• Follow up with the forex team on suspense account resolution

• Perform reconciliation of post-billing mapping and compare closing/opening balances with system records

• Share credit and debit balances with the forex team for review

• Execute prepaid expense transfers as per accounting schedules

• Record gain and loss entries for creditors and debtors

• Follow up with debtors for timely collections

• Review international sales data and collect invoices and corresponding FIRC copies for GST refunds

• Prepare and arrange hard copies of all relevant documentation and clean final data for submission

• Coordinate with senior team members for final GST refund verification

• Reconcile GST reports including R2B, R1, 3B, and closure entries for Blink and its affiliated entities

The ideal person:

• Has a strong grasp of finance operations and tax compliance processes

• Works independently with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Communicates clearly and collaborates we'll with cross-functional teams

• Manages deadlines efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities

You bring:

• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax compliance

• Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliation, and salary/vendor processing

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, or similar)

• A problem-solving mindset with a sense of ownership and initiative
