Role & Responsibilities:-As a Sales Executive – Marketplace Sales, you’ll work with both travellers and travel agents to ensure seamless tripplanning and bookings on the TripXL platform. You’ll be responsible for handling customer queries, supporting travelagents, and driving sales growth through great service and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads through assigned travel agents on the TripXL marketplace. Build and maintain strong working relationships with travel agents to ensure high engagement and platform usage.
Support agents in closing trip packages for their customers.
Monitor agent performance and drive them toward achieving destination-specific and sales-related goals.
Ensure agents fully adopt and effectively use TripXL’s CRM for managing leads and bookings.
Keep personal and agent lead pipelines clean and updated with timely follow-ups.
Provide responsive support to customers and agents over phone, email, and chat.
Educate agents and customers on TripXL’s offerings, tools, and processes for smooth operations.
Regularly report performance, challenges, and opportunities to the Sales Manager.
Make sure the assigned agents are using TripXL’s CRM effectively and regularly.
Keep lead records updated for yourself and your agents.
Drive daily outbound and inbound calls with travel agents and customers to close bookings and meet monthly salestargets.
Skills We’re Looking For
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream & MBA freshers Only.
0-2 Years of experience in Travel Operations is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Office and confidence using internet tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
Self-driven, quick learner, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
