Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our facility in Khanna. The Executive Sales Representative will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include creating and executing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with existing customers, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions to potential clients. The role requires regular collaboration with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, including account management, lead generation, and effective negotiation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of market research, customer needs analysis, and creating proposals
• Familiarity with industries such as EPC, MEP, HVAC, or cable management is a bonus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly valued
• Ability to thrive in an on-site dynamic work environment
