Job Description

MINIMUM 4 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Purpose:

To drive sales growth in the Press Part Division by visiting customers, generating leads, achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-up on purchase orders and payments, and representing the company’s product offerings through effective presentations and commercial negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Visits & Lead Generation
  • Regularly visit existing and potential customers to generate business leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements.
  • Sales Target Achievement
  • Work towards and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit sales forecasts and reports as required.
  • Follow-up for Orders & Payments
  • Follow up with customers for purchase orders and ensure timely order processing.
  • Coordinate with customers to follow up and ensure timely payment collection.
  • Product Promotion & Presentation
  • Promote Press Part Division products through technical presentations and product demos.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/solutions accordingly.
  • Commercial Negotiation & Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal commercial and production teams for timely delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and other commercial aspects with customers.
  • Requirement Clarity & Documentation
  • Gather detailed technical and commercial requirements from customers.
  • Ensure clear documentation and communication of customer requirements to internal teams.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of press part products or engineering components (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field
  • Experience: 4–5 years in B2B Sales / Industrial Sales / Customer Support in a manufacturing or engineering company (preferably in press parts or metal components)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
