Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles such as AR Caller, Medical Billing Executives, Medical Coder, Clinical Pharmacy, Customer Service Voice (US healthcare)
• Collaborate with hiring manager to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and candidate profiles.
• Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability (communication, experience, and domain knowledge).
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and follow up for feedback.
• Manage and maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics
• Ensure timely closure of open positions to meet project deadlines.
• Handle pre-onboarding and assist with documentation and background verification.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the US healthcare BPO/KPO or RCM sector
• Strong understanding of roles such as medical billers, coders, AR specialists will be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
