Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and capable HR Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a standalone HR role, responsible for managing the entire HR function for a team of 200 employees working in the Revenue Cycle Management, across two shifts. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with management in both India and the US. The role involves overseeing payroll, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, recruitment support, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Independently handle monthly payroll processing with accuracy
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and company privacy policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian labor laws and statutory requirements (PF,

ESIC, gratuity, etc.)

  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation
  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives for employees across both shifts
  • Conduct regular employee check-ins, feedback mechanisms, and pulse surveys
  • Design and manage monthly/quarterly recognition programs
  • Support leadership in celebrating individual and team achievements
  • Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, and off boarding processes
  • Coordinate and facilitate Performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes
  • Partner with department heads for manpower planning and recruitment support
  • Conceptualizing and implementing HR policies & processes in accordance with company requirements
  • Manage Employee welfare and discipline
  • Be available to support both day and evening shift employees.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6-9 years of generalist HR experience in a mid-sized company
  • Proven experience handling HR independently or in a lean team setup
  • Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and payroll systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in healthcare BPO/KPO or service industries preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Keka.)
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams
  • Strong sense of ownership, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Strategic thinking
  • Problem-solving and decision-making
