You will be working as an Executive Recruiter at CareerFly HigherEd, located in Noida. Your primary responsibility will involve managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific hiring needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
