Executive, Real Estate & Facility Management

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

  Executive in our RE & Facility Management team

  to manage and expand our network of

  Dark Stores across India

  , ranging from 200 sq. ft. to 20,000 sq. ft.
• This role involves scouting, identifying, evaluating, and signing new properties, maintaining existing sites, handling landlord escalations, and ensuring operational compliance.
• The ideal candidate will have strong broker networks, excellent negotiation skills, and experience managing multiple properties across geographies.
• This is an

  in-person role at our Gurgaon HQ

  with extensive on-ground travel pan-India & you must be based in Delhi NCR.

What you will do:

• Property Identification & Acquisition:

  Scout and shortlist dark store properties across India (20020,000 sq. ft.) that meet business and client requirements.

• Broker & Market Network:

  Build and maintain a strong network of brokers, agents, and landlords to support rapid expansion in multiple cities.

• Site Visits & Hygiene Audits:

  Travel extensively to visit existing dark stores to ensure hygiene, compliance, and operational standards are being met.

• Client Requirement Alignment:

  Ensure all newly acquired properties are compliant with zoning, legal, and operational requirements as per client specifications.

• Landlord Relationship Management:

  Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords; manage and resolve any escalations related to lease, rental payments, or property disputes.

• Rental Coordination:

  Work closely with the finance team to ensure all rental payments are processed on time and documentation is complete.

• Regulation & Compliance Oversight:

  Ensure all dark stores comply with local rules, building regulations, and safety standards.

• Documentation & MIS:

  Maintain a centralized, updated database of all dark store properties, agreements, key contacts, and inspection records.

• Periodic Site Checks:

  Conduct routine checks across all operating dark stores to ensure upkeep and flag any operational or structural concerns.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in real estate acquisition, site operations, or property management
• Strong understanding of warehousing, commercial leasing, or retail expansion
• Excellent broker and landlord connect PAN India
• Willingness to travel extensively across the country
• Strong negotiation and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cities simultaneously
• Working knowledge of commercial lease terms, property due diligence, and compliance
• Proficient in maintaining detailed property records and reports

Bonus Points if you have:

• Experience in dark store, warehousing, or retail expansion roles
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Operations, or a related field
• Familiarity with quick commerce, grocery, or fulfillment sectors
