Job Description

The Admin & Facilities Partner III is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across both Facilities Management and Cafeteria Operations for a large corporate office. This role oversees daily facilities upkeep, vendor coordination, cafeteria service quality, hygiene, safety, and employee experience. The position requires strong operational oversight, proactive issue resolution, and effective stakeholder and vendor management.
  • Cafeteria & Food Service Operations: Supervise daily cafeteria operations including meal services, food quality, and service crowd flow management for large employee volumes and ensure minimal wait times during peak weekly menu planning with vendors and internal committees to improve food variety and closely on equipment upkeep, service readiness, and timely corrective
  • Hygiene, Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety (HACCP, FSSAI), hygiene standards, and corporate EHS cleanliness of cafeteria, food counters, pantries, and dining areas including pest control all operational areas meet safety norms; support incident reporting and preventive
  • Facilities Management: Supervise daily facilities upkeep and maintenance across office , manage, and execute annual housekeeping and preventive maintenance (PPM) with building management, managed service providers, and external vendors for seamless
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Manage multiple vendors including food service partners, pantry services, equipment maintenance, and cafeteria support vendor SLAs and KPIs, conduct regular audits, and track performance contract compliance, billing verification, and budget adherence for assigned vendors.
  • Employee Experience & Communication: Engage with employees to gather feedback, address issues, and enhance their dining and workplace feedback channels (helpdesk/apps) and ensure timely resolution of communication with HR, Facilities, Food Committees, and vendors as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-8 years of experience in facilities operations, cafeteria management, or vendor
  • knowledge of housekeeping, PPM, food safety, and workplace safety
  • communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
