Dear Candidates, We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Operations Specialist to join our Central Team in the Real Estate department. Key Responsibilities: Property Scouting Identify and evaluate rental properties aligned with business needs. Cross-Team Coordination Coordinate with Operations and Regional PR teams to confirm the status of active/inactive locations. Rental Agreement Management Initiate and manage rental/lease agreements, including drafting, clause verification, and documentation. Maintain trackers for active, expiring, and under-process agreements. Monitor and report progress on agreement renewals. Payment Records & Coordination Upload and manage rent invoices in Zoho ERP. Track rental payments, security deposits (SD), and refunds accurately. Reporting & Progress Updates Provide regular updates on renewals, SD deposits, and rental payment status to relevant stakeholders. Landlord Documentation & Communication Collect required documents from landlords and communicate any delays or pending clarifications. Vacation Notice Management Issue and track vacation notices as per agreement terms and business processes. Requirements: 1 to 5 years of experience in property coordination, real estate operations, or administration. Familiarity with Zoho ERP or similar platforms is preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data management. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple properties and coordinate across teams effectively.
