Position Summary:

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented

Executive - RD Stores

for our Formulation division. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in handling store operations in a pharmaceutical RD setup, with hands-on experience in SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.

Ensure optimum stock levels and timely reordering.

SAP System Operations

Create and manage PR (Purchase Requisitions), GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), STO (Stock Transfer Orders), and material issuance entries.

Ensure real-time system updates and data accuracy.

Material Handling Storage

Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, excipients, and packaging materials as per defined SOPs.

Ensure proper segregation, preservation, and storage under defined environmental conditions.

Documentation Compliance

Maintain all store-related documents in accordance with regulatory and internal audit requirements.

Ensure adherence to GMP and other regulatory guidelines.

Material Issuance

Issue materials to the formulation team based on approved requests and SOPs.

Ensure proper tracking and documentation of material usage.

Coordination Communication

Liaise with the RD, Purchase, Quality, and Production departments for material planning and stock updates.

Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams as needed.

Labeling Identification

Ensure proper labeling and identification of all materials for traceability and compliance.

Manage expired or rejected materials as per SOP.

Key Competencies:

Proficiency in SAP (MM module preferred)

Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Attention to detail and a proactive approach

Effective communication and coordination skills
