Position: Purchase Executive Experience: 4 to 5 Years Qualification: MBA / B.Sc. Industry: Chemical Manufacturing Salary: ₹3 LPA to ₹4 LPA Location:Baddi Himachal Pradesh Reporting To: RM - Purchase Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Vendor development and management for chemical raw materials, packaging, and consumables. Ensuring timely procurement of materials as per production requirements. Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with vendors to optimize costs. Prepare purchase orders, manage GRN and ensure smooth documentation. Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts teams for purchase-related matters. Track inventory levels and ensure minimum stock levels for critical items. Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery, and service parameters. Stay updated with market trends, new vendors, and alternative materials. Support RM Purchase Head in strategic sourcing and procurement planning. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Preferred Skills: Strong knowledge of chemical raw materials procurement. Good negotiation and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple vendors and manage purchase cycle independently. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
