The ideal candidate should have a science and management background, strong experience, and excellent computer proficiency. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the Director Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence Coordinate inter-departmental communication and external interactions Prepare presentations, manage data, and maintain accurate records Follow up on action points, manage files, and ensure smooth workflow Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism Candidate Requirements: Must possess B.Sc. and MBA qualifications 6 to 7 years of relevant work experience Proficient in MS Office, email handling, and general computer operations Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently Preference will be given to candidates based in or willing to relocate to Panchkula Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,257.99 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
