Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and tech-savvy Executive Project Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the VP’s deliverables, preparing high-quality

presentations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.This is a critical, high-visibility role that demands discretion, accountability, and a deep

understanding of executive-level support.


Roles and Responsibilities:


● Executive Support & Calendar Management:

❖ Manage and optimize the daily schedule.

❖ Coordinate internal and external meetings, across global time zones.

❖ Track, follow up, and close loop on key action items and deliverables.

● Presentation & Documentation:

❖ Prepare and design executive-level PowerPoint presentations.

❖ Draft and format reports, dashboards, and project documents.

❖ Ensure documents are visually compelling and aligned with corporate branding.

● Project Coordination:

❖ Monitor and track progress on high-priority initiatives and deliverables

❖ Maintain project tracking tools to ensure visibility on deadlines, milestones, and

dependencies.

❖ Proactively follow up with teams and individuals to ensure timely completion of tasks.


Identify and escalate potential roadblocks or delays in project timelines.

● Communication & Liaison:

❖ Coordinate communication flow to ensure the VP stays informed and prepared for all

meetings and engagements.

❖ Assist in preparing briefing notes, talking points, and summaries for internal and

external discussions.

❖ Draft professional emails, reports, and summaries.

❖ Ensure timely and accurate communication flow.


Must Have Skills:

● 5–8 years of experience supporting senior leadership/executives.

● Exceptional skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

● Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

● Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

● Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.

● Experience working across time zones and with global teams.

● High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion.

● This is a work-from-office role based in Noida.

● The candidate must be comfortable working during Africa Time Zone hours.

● Prior experience working in Infrastructure, IT, or Technology organizations.

● Exposure to working with African or global markets.

● Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Asana, or similar.

Qualification:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
