Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification:

• Identify and contact potential leads through cold calling, referrals, and databases.
• Qualify leads based on interest, eligibility, and alignment with the business model.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of prospects.
  

Client Engagement & Conversion

• Explain the broking and franchise (sub-broker) business model to potential partners.
• Address inquiries and objections with accurate information based on SEBI/AP norms.
• Follow up with interested leads to convert them into active partners.
  

Regulatory Awareness & Compliance

• Ensure all communications are in line with SEBI and AP regulatory guidelines.
• Assist in basic documentation and compliance coordination during onboarding.
  

CRM Management & Reporting

• Efficiently track calls, follow-ups, and conversion status using CRM tools.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on lead status and tele sales performance.
  

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Expertise in lead generation, lead qualification, and CRM-based tracking.
• Understanding of franchise and broking business models.
• Basic knowledge of SEBI guidelines and AP norms.
• Prior experience in B2B tele sales is preferred.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in approach.
  

Educational & Professional Requirements

• Graduation in any stream (Finance or Business background preferred).
• 1–3 years of tele sales or business development experience (B2B preferred).
• Familiarity with MS Excel, CRM systems, and tele calling tools.
