Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Power Exchange bidding-related activities.
T-GNA/GNA transactions and scheduling activities on WBES and SAP.
Proper communication between SLDC and Client for end to end closure of corridor booking and scheduling
Coordination for Payments to SLDC as per the requirement.
Checking for connectivity and proper working condition of terminals.
Checking Receipts of Bids on Portal as well as through emails.
Downloading all the bids from online portal and uploading on exchange terminals
Bilateral application preparation and standing clearance related activities.
Updating application status to all including RLDC.
Managing Real time revision in schedule.
Monitoring and Managing Long term Schedule.
MIS preparation and handling tasks for Operations Control Room.
Close coordination with Marketing/Commercial and Finance team for task resolution.
Work in Shift Operations.(24 *7).

Preferred candidate profile:

Electrical Engineering Graduate with minimum of 3 years of experience in with knowledge of SAP, Automation and Integration of various business processes.
Should have experience of minimum 3 years in power trading sector.
Transmission and Distribution, Power Exchange Operations, IEGC 2023 & CERC Regulations and Electricity Act 2003, Experience/ Knowledge in Power Plant Generation.
Ability to communicate with internal and external customers/ clients, to resolve issues.
Should be able to guide support staff in discharging of their duties.
Should have good analytical/ writing/ drafting skills, proficiency in-MS Word, Excel, Power point.
