Job Description Experience with renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hybrid) Exposure to O&M of Switchyard & Transmission Line. Understanding of Protection Schemes, Relay Settings & Co-ordinations. Expertise in Fault Diagnosis, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance procedures of Switchyard & TL. Familiarity with Indian Grid Codes (CEA, CERC, POSOCO) Exposure to SLDC/RLDC processes and documentation. Experience in equipment testing of Switchyard & TL Ensure renewable energy assets meet technical standards for reactive power control, LVRT/HVRT, frequency response, PPC, SCADA & Telemetry. Perform detailed analysis and root cause identification of grid disturbances, and compile comprehensive reports for submission to grid authorities as required. Represent the organizations in discussions with state/national grid operators and regulatory bodies. Certification in grid code compliance or protection & control systems is a plus.
