Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Personal Assistant role based in Ahmedabad. The Executive Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to senior executives, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements. The role also includes performing general clerical duties, maintaining professional communication on behalf of executives, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. Collaboration and maintaining confidentiality are crucial aspects of this position, aligning with the firm's focus on trust and transparency.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to effectively support executives and manage their daily operations
  • Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management to coordinate schedules and maintain effective correspondence
  • Excellent Clerical Skills to handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
