Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Take care complete Payroll cycle of employees-, HR operations, Rewards, T&D statutory compliances- PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus
  • Preparing monthly MIS against Budget Vs Actual Head Count & Cost
  • Maintaining Org Chart for all employees
  • Prepare Employee Monthly Salary Register, Overtime, Bonus & Incentives.
  • Responsible for timely deposit of PF, LWF & P Tax payments
  • Weekly tracking of Overtime to ensure employee not exceeding maximum stipulated for a week.
  • Developing comprehensive HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Streamlining onboarding programs for new employees, enhancing integration and orientation.
  • Establishing performance evaluation frameworks, complete the annual increment cycles and variable & bonus payouts.
  • Introduce performance-based reward and recognition systems, boosting team motivation and retention.
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee concerns, promoting open communication and swift issue resolution.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive workplace, increasing employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Keep updating with government related new amendment or changing in PF & ESIC rule
  • Streamline operational processes, minimizing redundancy, and boosting productivity.
  • Utilize process automation and technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Updating and Monitoring employee leave balance on the portal.
  • On-Board of New employees
  • Prepare off-cycle payment i.e reimbursements & F&F payments.
  • Preparing and Distribution of Bonus under Bonus Act.
  • Preparing Full & Final settlement and settled all dues from Provident Fund, Gratuity.
  • Handled employee exit procedures
  • Planned induction, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Preparing absenteeism report on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis
  • Prepare salary structure for new joiner & send to recruitment team.
  • Ensuring timely distribution of ID/Access Card to new joiners
  • Regularly monitoring all attendance devices

Preferred candidate profile

5-8 years of experience in HR & payroll

MBA HR & IR, B Com (those with LLB would get preference)
