15-20 Years Manufacturing experience in a Electrical /Mechanical Manufacturing Company

B Tech / BE - Electrical /Mechanical

Technical troubleshooting expertise
Understanding of product mechanisms & service procedures.
Knowledge of Product manufacturing Process
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams • Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop solutions.
Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and quality management systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for managing and motivating teams.
