Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers. Procurement Process: Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous terms. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate and organized records of all purchasing activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts. Cost Management: Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including R&D, production, and quality control, to understand their material and service needs. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing issues. Qualifications: Education: MBA Experience: Fresher, with relevant internships or project experience in procurement/purchasing preferred. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Personal Attributes: Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Team player with a positive attitude.
