About the Role:

The Executive – Operations (Technical) will be responsible for managing and supporting technical operations across assigned sites. The role involves ensuring seamless maintenance, compliance, and service delivery standards across facility management projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily technical operations across sites (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out as per schedule.
Monitor vendor and technician performance to meet SLA and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and energy efficiency checks.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate MIS reports, asset records, and maintenance documentation.
Support cost control, material management, and compliance with statutory norms.
Promote safety standards and technical best practices at all sites.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
Experience:
2–5 years in technical operations, preferably in the facility management industry.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of MEP systems, maintenance procedures, and site operations.
Skills:

Proficient in MS Office and facility management tools.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Client-oriented and quality-driven approach.
